The OC Way Trip is organized by staff who live in Orange County, work at JFFS, and will be in Israel with you. We have hand-picked your itinerary, have years of experience planning and staffing Birthright Israel trips, and will be available to you throughout the entire process.

From application to the actual trip, the staff are here to ensure you make your way to Israel effortlessly, and get everything out of the experience that your desire.

This makes the registration process much easier, provides quick answers to any questions leading up to the trip, and ensures that you have the best possible experience on Birthright Israel. Further, The OC Way staff have specialized training through an elite Birthright Israel fellowship program. This ensures that your staff will be prepared for all of your needs.

Also, our staff are amazing, fun people! We aren’t there to tell you what to believe, or how to think. Our goal is to listen and learn from each other, and grow from the experience with you. We will encourage you from the beginning to always ask questions and learn from the opportunities presented on the trip.
